- Site preparation and vegetation removal beginning in the Towns of Parishville, Lawrence, Pierrepont, and Hopkinton, and will be completed by March 31. Please see the Phase 1 Construction Start Notice for more details.
- Upcoming Construction: The project team is anticipating construction for Phase 2 to begin in spring 2026.
